Shipping Policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Estimated Processing Time: Normally we need 2-5 business days to prepare, do strict quality-control tests, and package the products before shipping your order.
Kindly note that a small number of orders may still need about 7-10 business days, depending on stock availability.

Estimated Shipping Time: Normally, it will take 8-16 business days by the Standard Shipping method.
You can find the tracking number in your account. （We will also update the tracking number by email after the order is shipped.）

We will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility, we will also assist you in customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
